​Paris Saint-Germain official: Messi's contract expires and he will leave the team

Before the final round of the 2022-23 Ligue 1 season, the Paris Saint-Germain club officially announced that Messi will leave the team freely after his contract with the team expires.

Messi signed a 2+1 contract with Paris Saint-Germain after bidding farewell to Barcelona in the summer of 2021. In the two seasons he played for Paris, Messi played 74 times in various competitions, scored 32 goals and assisted 35 times, and won two Ligue 1 championships and one Ligue 1 Super Cup championship.
